By purchasing or accessing a digital product from PangaBox, you agree to comply with this Policy, the applicable product-specific license terms, and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Product License
Unless a different license is expressly stated on the individual product page, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for its intended purpose.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, intellectual property, source files, or other proprietary rights to you.
All rights not expressly granted under this Policy remain with PangaBox or the respective copyright owner or licensor.
2. Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated in the product description or license, purchased digital products may be used for your personal purposes.

5. Redistribution
Redistribution of PangaBox digital products is strictly prohibited unless the applicable product license specifically grants redistribution rights.

- Telegram channels
- File-sharing services
- Cloud storage links shared publicly
- Forums
- Marketplaces
- Torrents
- Other public or private distribution channels
Sharing a purchased file with another person may constitute unauthorized redistribution.
6. Resale Rights
Purchasing a PangaBox product does not automatically give you resale rights.

10. Educational and Informational Products
If you purchase an educational product, guide, ebook, course material, or similar resource, the product is provided for informational or educational purposes.
You may use the content for your permitted personal learning or other uses expressly allowed by the applicable license.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the educational material beyond the rights granted to you.
11. Software and Digital Tools
If a PangaBox product includes software, scripts, plugins, applications, or other digital tools, additional license restrictions may apply.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law.
- Circumvent licensing or access controls.
- Remove technical protection mechanisms.

14. License Restrictions Survive Purchase

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
